Each time I get back to this mod, I spend too much time to figuring out correct order to install and how and where to download all files. So made this topic just be clarify steps. For all the hardcore players such issues are bread and butter but not for less active ones.

Order of installation:
1. BG2EE (v2.5).
2. BG2 Tweakpack The Tweaks Anthology or original "Ease of Use" mod.
3. Improved anvil (7.0).
4. Sibel NPC mod (optional).
5. ImprovedAnvilTweaks (v1.03 have issues on installation), ImprovedAnvilTweaks (working version) (optional).

Instructions on each step:
1. Install Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition from Steam/Other sources. Check properties, make sure you are using version 2.5.
2. Ease-of-Use components. Using either Weimer-Ease or cdtweaks file (depend which you downloaded). Use the exe, select game folder. Older version of EoU does not detect EE, so in order to fix it need to copy mod files to game folder and after that run Setup-Ease.exe. Install ease of use components.
-Shut Up "You Must Gather Your Party Before Venturing Forth" (optional).
-Multiple Strongholds (Recommended).
-No Drow Avatars On Party In Underdark (optional).
-Some other ones might work or not (use on your own risk).
-Many of most used ease of use components are already baked inside Improved Anvil mod (Store price depreciation, True Grandmastery, item stacking...) or IATweaks (Identify all items, npc issues, Remove traps & locks), so do not install them at this stage of progress. Full list
3. Download, unzip, copy to your game folder and launch Setup-ImprovedAnvil.exe.
4. Download, unzip, copy to your game folder and launch Setup-SibelNPC.exe
5. Download, unzip, copy to your game folder and launch Setup-IATweaks.exe

So the question is which one of Ease of Use installer should be used? or direct link to correct one if none of those I mentioned?

And is there any other ease of use components that are compactable with Improved Anvil? I remember using some others earlier and I have seen other do also. Could collect list of confirmed working ones if there are any.

2. BG2 Tweakpack The Tweaks Anthology or instructed original "Ease of Use" mod, which is not working with enchanted edition?
Ease-of-Use from weidu.org should work fine, I've been using it for years. The reason why it might not work correctly is because EoU is packed with a very old version of weidu which is not aware of the EEs at all. My recommendation is to unpack all mods into the game folder and only then proceed with the installation. Weidu will automatically update all installers based on the most up-to-date version inside the folder. Modern weidu will detect the EE properly and ask the necessary questions to set up the installation.

Try it and let me know how it goes.

You don't really need anything else. A lot of tweaks (such as ruleset changes) are already incorporated into IA and would be overwritten by it anyway. Some QoL stuff like no traps or happy patch are available in IA Tweaks.

Hi (Dequ?)

You back for another run?

Nice to see other players from "Härmä" here, haha.

Ye, back for another run. I will try to finish the run this time using Auramaster protagonist. 17 years or so of trying to beat this mod and still unsuccessfull biggrin.gif.

Luckily we have our superpowers, as in "Sisu".

Highlighted by the fact that you are still here, after 17 years thumb.gif

Personally - omasta mielestäni - I think Avenger works better as a PC, as PC Auramaster isn't that far from Cernd, while Avenger PC on the other hand is quite far from generic/Jaheira.

Copying mod files to game folder made EoU worked. Thanks. Tested also The Tweaks Anthology pack and works too.

Some other ones I meant some quality of life ones like Store price depreciation, True Grandmastery, item stacking etc. But yeah seems like now when I checked full list of tweaks build in improved anvil, it has all those which I wanted.

Edited first post with more detailed/updated info about installation.

All of those are present in v7 indeed. Any such separate component you install will be overwritten by IA. If you want even more QoL when it comes to handling of items, IA Tweaks has Simplified Economy.
