I would like to install only the Item Randomizer program composant.

Is i compatible with mods like tactics, improved battles, Big picture etc... ( mods who improves IA)

Item Randomizer is not a separate component. You can't install it alone.

There ARE no "mods who improve IA."

IA is vastly superior to those you named, and stands in a class by itself. Try it out and see.

Maybe he thinks the mods he listed are compatible with Improved Anvil.
