In the Bdash v1.63 tp2 the following line may be deleted or commented out as your baldur.bcs has already been fixed with the 26498 patch. The associated bafs can be deleted from their locations as well if you want to go that far.

REPLACE_BCS_BLOCK ~BDash\BAF_x\xBALDUR.BAF~ ~BDash\BAF_r\rBALDUR.BAF~

I am not sure you are right. In my patch 26498 it is not fixed. Further (and hence), there is no such error or even warning I receive upon installation. It is probably your installation specific.
