the hair on the head and eyebrows are very good I'd like to see that on his beard too. unless of course it is a very short beard then could you blend the line where the cheek and beard meet?

Just one remark from my amateur point of view: the beard on his lips, it ends too 'quickly', the contour is too strong, or maybe not shaded enough. (Unlike a real beard, it doesn't look continuous.)
