Please download the following patch and install it directly into your OVERRIDE folder of the main BG2 directory.

This patch fixes the CTD when player tries to enter a third level of dungeon on the Island of Tortured Souls.

If someone tests TS v6.03 without NeJ2 then please put the following file into your OVERRIDE directory. It's another animation compatibility issue which appears to be only in TS v6.03 installed without NeJ2:
