Nope.
Hint: The character is part of a group which includes two non-joinable NPCs and at least 8 NPCs... Not that the hint will help a lot. Any other hint will make it too easy... |

There are sailors at three parts of the game: in Harbour, in a pub, and in Ulgoth's Beard. Considering that almost all of them are drunk except Calahan...

Yupp, Calahan it is... and he is one of only 2 (I believe) non-joinable NPCs that join us in BGII) Dradeel is the other.
