She's thinking about cutting your goolies off?
You should not have asked her if she wears leather to bed... |

I honestly can't remember if I posted this somewhere before but I only did it recently so perhaps not. Let me know what you think:

I have not seen this anywhere.
I like the color usage but this is not one of my favroits, I think that the jaw (bone) line needs to be widened and the chin made smaller not an easy task, the lower lip seems to be off center and needs to be raised (it looks like the lips are going one direction and the face another) also you might want to use just the slightest yellow in the white part of the eyes. You know it's funny sometimes when people comment on faces in portraits because nearly 80% of the time I use an actual photo of someone to make the portrait.
So this is a real person with weird chin and lips etc. Here is the original which is obviously better looking than my portrait but I hope my portrait is more suited to the game...anyway:

I like your edit, but in my eyes the forehead needs to be higher (and here you can't say it's on the original ) and the hair looks too much painted when compared to the face.

I put this side byside there is a small difference on the face and I think that it would clear the oddity up.

Not too sure about this one, I like the way the holy symbols on the armour came out but that might just be my monitor. Roll on next month when I will have time to get my new PC!

Ah yes that is a left over from the original holy symbol colouring.

I was planning on doing a series based on recoloured versions of some of the PC portraits available on the WotC site however the recolouring doesn't seem to be going that well. It might be worth it just to improve the artistic skills rather than just cut, paste and blend.

was that a black and white image? I have problems coloring them too. I found it easier if you darken the image quite a bit before coloring.

Yeah it was black and white, the colour doesn't seem to "stick" unless you paint it on rather tha use the colour tool.

The face is too sharp compared to the helmet (or the helmet is faint relative to the face), otherwise it's great, brings the quality we can see in all your works.

It's been a while. This is my first portrait on my new PC, I've trawled the net for some more images to portraitify (?)!
I didn't do much with this except add the armour and wrist bands and lengthen the arms a bit. I might add a different background rather than having plain black.

Looks slightly cartoonish, because the forehead/head is so high, but otherwise very nice.
