I open this door an inside are 4-5 characters all ready to kill me, it's just north of the Thieves guild. Is this part of TS or Baldurdash?

no by the main theives guild. The door just north. like a shack!
Nothing like that. The Sime romance is going well. The door is outside just before you go into the theives guild to the north of the thieves guild door. There are 4-5 dudes in there all with red circles ready to kill anyone. (Not vamps). no script come up they just attack and I have no idea if they are just considered a random encounter or quest related!
