Imoen, Jaheira, Boo - now stand-alone components Options

As the title said, attached you'll find the stand-alone components extracted from NeJ2. Boo is reverted to v4.2, which I tested and confirm it works fine, no problems with Minsc.

As always, please install this mini-mod before installation of other mods with exception of Baldurdash and BGT.

BGT should be installed prior to installation of this mini-mod!
