Should I be able to travel to Ulcaster at any time and any place after I get out of Irenicus' dungeon?

Trying to travel to Ulcaster by leaving through the city gate didnt work. The area is still "Destination Unreachable".
The value of VP_Hrothgar_Tilorn is 8. The other two (VP_HrothgarTalks and VP_HrothgarReminds) do not exist as globals. |
