Should I be able to travel to Ulcaster at any time and any place after I get out of Irenicus' dungeon?

Can you use shadowkeeper or NI to check the value of globals VP_Hrothgar_Tilorn, VP_HrothgarTalks and VP_HrothgarReminds.
Have you gone to just the city gates to leave and checked to see if Ulcaster is available as you exit out the gate? For some reason I keep thinking that was the only way to go for me once if Hrothgar didn't request it. |
