Should I be able to travel to Ulcaster at any time and any place after I get out of Irenicus' dungeon?

After that exchange then Hrothgar will remind you in one day saying "You have slept on all that I have been able to tell you, <CHARNAME>, have you decided on what it is that you will do?"
If you choose to tell him you need time to think then the timer is set for about 15 days before he reminds you again. But during this time you should definitly be able to go to Ulcaster by selecting it. |
