At the last part of the installing it says it can't find folders. And when I run the game I can't seem to find Kachiko in the dungeon where she's supposed to be. What am I doing wrong?

Yes TOB needs to be installed
You should have SoA-TOB latest patch and use Baldedashv1.12 as stated in read me and Compatiblity of Balderdash pinned above. |
