Rather than moving on to V4, I decided to give SpellPack V3 a new release. It saves you half the trouble, time, and space as the one released about a week ago.

I can't find anything mentioned in the the readme so what was changed exactly?

I have fixed that (un)installation bug that was mentioned by the bug-reporters.
