In BG1, I do a whole lot more missile attacks than melee. I have a choice between Bracers of Archery and the Gauntlets of Weapons Expertise. I need to know if the bonuses from the Gauntlets of Weapons Expertise appy to my bow attacks, because if they do, I'll stick with them over the Bracers of Archery.

Yes, the bonus applies to all attacks, but it's only +1 THAC0 - the Bracers of Archery give you +2 (but the Gauntlets also give you +2 damage, so they are probably better).
