you can just post a .jpg image and it will show. A .bmp will just look like a file . or you could get a website (there are many free ones) or there or online photo storing.

But the online photo storage options (that I've found...) do not allow full resolution links... So I'm still looking...

jpg has different levels of quality that you can save it as plus you could just post as a file (in zip/rar) of a bmp @ full res. If you really needed to.
