what happened to portrait city? it's not working, all it says is "www.portraitcity.com could not be found."

I had to recode the portrait city webpage from ASP.Net to PHP, bringing the number of programing languages I know to 7 (VBA, VB.Net, ASP.Net, java, C#, vb script, PHP)

I do not think that will happen because someone would have to make 5000+ images.
