No progress with Sibel after return from underdark Options

I am almost done with SoA but still not triggered any dialogue with Sibel.
Should I go somewhere or talk to someone?
Does the selection in SpellHold matter? I said both matter, stand by her and she said to choose later on.
And there is am amber golem ambush after SpellHold on Brynnlaw.
That is the latest talk with Sibel.
Now that I've almost done with SoA but still no further talk with Sibel.
Do I miss something or it's bugged.

I don't remember all the details, but one thing that is required is for you to find Howard's Gift. If you're that late in SoA and still didn't find it, then I assume that you chose for Howard to put it in a dungeon and you need to explore the largest dungeon in the game a bit further I am unaware of the effects of Sibel banters on her quest, Sikret or Critto would have to address that.

Ahh, so you haven't explored Sulda yet. Yes, it can be randomized there.

I only played Sibel mod once, so I'm not entirely sure which events take place at which stage and which of them are interconnected... There should be at least 3 parts of the mod still in SoA and I'm sure that finding Howard's Gift is one of them, though I can't say for sure if it will initialize the remaining parts.

Overall, Jacek is on the right trail. I think you either randomised the gift into Suldanesselar or you will trigger the continuation when you enter it anyway (if you haven't asked Howard for the gift at all).
