today is the forth of July, 200+ years ago we fired the 'shot heard around the world' to establish ourselves as our own country. in that time we have done some amazing things: donated gagillions of dollars to help others in need, freed people/the world from oppressors (even tho sometimes that was ourselves) tried to achieve and prosper, bring freedom to others and just live our lives the best we can. maybe our actions were not the best in the long run, but hind site is always 20/20, this country, my home, I love it, there are problems here but much more good.
