I was wondering where he hangs out I can not find him. I search the grounds and all the bldgs and at different time (morning, afternoon) but no luck so far. Is it the case that you need certain ability scores to find him? IE I only have a 10 wisdom so maybe that is the problem? I did find the other two mages you need to complete the ROM.

actually i found the other mage there in the gallery bldg not owain. maybe my wisdom is too low at 10 to find him?

Ooopps my bad got that wrong but it was correct in the other post.
 Anyway here is their locations and you do them in this order. Genevera is in the building of the Conjurer Tests. Owain is in building of the Illusion test. Aulay is in the gallery.
