Maybe my question repeats earlier ,are there posibility to give this mod instalation order, because i would like to choose what I install.

Improved Anvil only comes in one piece - it's an all-or-nothing deal. There are no separate components. If you mean the order in which other mods should be installed along with IA, check the Installation readme at the bottom of this page.
