If you are developing a mod or have already released it, and are searching for a place to host it, Black Wyrm's Lair can be a good choice. It is entirely FREE.

We can provide as much FTP space for your mod as needed. The FTP account can be used, for example, by the mod's developers, or -- if the mod is released -- as the download location of the mod or any of its expansions, extras and so on. The mod's website can also be hosted there. The Black Wyrm's Lair gladly provides a forum for the mod as well if you need it.

Additionally, if your website is IE modding/gaming related and you search for a place to host it, Black Wyrm Lair's free webhosting service can be a good choice in this case either. The web-space is unlimited, and certainly PHP is supported. Subdomains are also possible.
