High Level Abilities Options

I think some hla is useless and it is a good idea to replace them.

Mage:
create scroll: the mage can create one scroll per day he/she choose a spell from his/her spellbook up to level 6 and create a spell scroll from it, or he/she can create 6 level (example: one level 6 or two level 3) scroll per day.

alchemy: why cant the mage choose what he/she want to create

Priest:
why priest cant create healing or defensive potions?
something lighting or destructive spell for talonites
something fighting ability for helmites
something healing spell for lathanderites

Fighter:
i think the barbarians, monks and paladins must have a special hla like the rangers. Example the barbarians can choose somethink tha boost his/her rage the monk can choose something divine and the paladins something against demons.
