I've made some changes to my bmp<->plt converter; it should give results that are more pleasing.
http://mysite.verizon.net/wizwom The converter now uses the palette choices used in the BG1 inventory BAMs, this should make it very simple to convert. Although the yellow skin makes me think "legos"... I made a Kobold Inventory PLT as a kind of a test (and to help out Classic Adventures, found at SpellHoldStudios)
It worked out nicely, took only a few minutes to make this.
