Baldur's Gate Trilogy-WeiDU not installed. Skipping component... See you're beta does require the trilogy mod to run it! Note: I am no scripter I wanna try out the Shar-Teel mod, but i don't want install trilogy to do it! Where did you find it?
 I mean the beta stand-alone version. It is clearly said that the version you have probably downloaded at SHS is for modders! The beta version has not been released publicly and won't be released. It will be included into NeJ2 v6.5.

These are the download try to download the beta. But since you're releasing the NeJ2 v6.5 later. I'll wait for it instead. But anyway thanks for the heads up!
