Just curious what your opinions are on this... I prefer 2nd myself, I liked the extensive racial restrictions since they added more uniqueness to the different character classes.

3rd Edition the way it's handled in IWD2. Yay to the flexibility and the smarter ways of handling everything. And most especially, a bow for making the druids actually useful!

I like the flexible class and race system in 3E, as well as the item usability. In all other aspects, I prefer 2E.
