Yoshimo still betraying Options

Now I played through TS in Spellhold, but found not much difference to his normal behaviour.

I played the GOOD way in the TS main quest, also behaving good in other circumstances. Entering Spellhold he still betrays me and then I am hunted by Bodhi in the Dungeons - with Kachiro, who never does comment his behaviour.

The Irenicus battle holds the only difference - he just keeps standing there. When I am trying to talk to Yoshimo after (or during!) the battle, he starts attacking me. After slaying him, Kashiro leaves the party. I tried different talking alternatives, but always the same result.

It might be that it is due to some minor mods, I installed after TS 6.03. But if that is the case: What would be his new behaviour? Or am I doing s.th. wrong?

Right now, it leaves me only to pickpocket my equipment back, as I like to keep Kashiro in my party. And leave him nacked at Spellhold, i suppose...
