Well, I really need the advice of our community. Recently I have received the following e-mail from Michael Erlwein:

CODE
Dear Sirs!

We would like to include the mod called Tortured Souls (BG2) on our cover mounted DVD on one (or both) of our magazines (PC PowerPlay http://www.pcpowerplay.de  / Video Games Aktuell http://www.gamesaktuell.de ).

To make this work we would be glad to get back the signed attached document by fax. Please fill the yellow marked gaps with the desired information.

If you need more information about us, feel free to drop a mail! And if you have any other new releases you would like to include on our DVD just ask – we have enough space available.

Kind regards!

Is there any legal issues with publishing mods? Has someone already published any mod for BG-IWD games?

Kelsey and TDD have both appeared on a few coverdisks. I have not heard of any ill effects.
