Looking for the mod author of TS25Mini Mod Options

The BWP people found a Japanese Mod called TS25Mini Mod (or TS25 Minimod). One of their members (not me) would like to translate it to German.

I found at least one working download location:

We guessed the password, as a pretty easy hint was given: name of the main enemy in BG1, using 5 katakanas.
However, I'm not certain it is meant for public downloading.)

However there's no homepage or email address given in the mod's files.

The only life sign I found so far, was the registration of the file prefix TZ over here, prefix actually used for some of the mod's files.
So I presume the author of the mod calls himself TS25 and he sometimes visits Black Wyrm's Lair.
(Even though his last visit seems to be one year ago, he might very well simply not log in when visiting).

So, TS25, if you're reading this, please leave a message.
