In AD&D and d20 system, a typical human has his base scores included between 3 and 18. Non-human races (like elves or dwarves) and even monstruous ones have scores based on this.

However, in Reign of the Masque, human characters will have their abilities scores included between 1 (for very poor) and 10 .

I will also re-make the saving throws system. Entirely.
