3) So I wanted to share my observations with you and Critto (which apparently involved in site maintenance) by private message, but the profiles access is denied me , either by clicking on my pseudo or that of another ...

4) The search function works apparently in a hazardous way, it seems depending on the page what you have been staying before ...

Something's got messed up in board's settings. Thanks for letting us know. I'll look into it.

solomonkane: I think I sorted out the permission and PM issues you experienced. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Actually, the reason was funny: you (and some other members) were in the Contributor group, which used to have more privileges than the old Visitor group (but still not full privileges). After switching back to the open system, I forgot to update the Contributor group.
