There are several things that cause serious problems (detectable spells limits, dispelable magical weapon regarding polymorph forms, ...)
TobEx can adress all that and also add new possibilities.

Just looking what can be done with TobEx makes me ask this question "why anyone would play without it ?"

There will be 2 mods required for mine:
- TobEx
- Spell Revision

Now, if someone want a compatible version without those mods, I can give all material (sources, docs, ...) so it willl be possible to do it.
It would take a lot of time just for backward compatibility and I see no reason to do it myself.

You're perfectly right about ToBEx.

In fact, when it was still in a earlier stage I did suggest to make it part of the G3 BG2 Fixpack because it addresses so many bugs that it'd be just crazy to NOT want it.
