When you talk to a merchant Dirty LLew in Low Dorn's Deep, use spell Friends or something to increase the charisma of your female NPC, for example Imoen. Then prices of his store significantly drop, as well as some additional items may appear.
I have never found this merchant, where is he located? Thanks. |

Do new items appear in shops, based on how much charisma you have, in Nej? If the answer turns out to be yes, I would say that the mechanic is not evident to the player (No shops in BG act like that) and as such could warrant a change.

First, only female charisma matters. The second - no, the goods are the same, but the price is significantly different
