In the readme I wrote that further BETA versions of Azure NPC probably will not be available. However, if there's enough people who'd like to see what I've finished so far, I can prepare a new downloadeble BETA (the one on the download center is almost an year old). It will have all the SofA quests, most Azure-Protagonist dialogues and the town of Kula, with most of the non-critical residents missing.
