TS not working Options

First I install it and the area won't load so I figure I need to reinstall it and that doesn't work so I uninstall everything and install it. still doesn't work. Finilly I uninstall it again. Get rid of my first copy of everything, got a new one and now it seems to install everything correctly except that all the stuff that installs after you click enter (you know the "tiles", sounds and stuff) apparently cannot be found.

P.S. If there is already a topic with this problem I am sorry. I did not see/can not find it.
