There was a posting on FWS or PPG a while back about importing some of the creature animations from IWD to BG2. I tried looking in their Tutorials sections and searching their forums but came up fruitless!

Anyone point me in the right direction for this or know a mod that actually does it for you?

Yeah it was the IWD animation importer from PPG that i was looking for!
