When i start IEEP and click Item Maker, an error shows up, it says: Run-time error '399': Component 'RICHTX32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered : a file is missing or invalid.

What should i do to fix it?

You need to install the VB6 package, please see the following post and igi's post below it:
