Is Sime Romance stalled? Options

I am currently in the underdark, and haven't gotten any romance talks in a while. Out of curiousity, I checked and found JaheiraRomanceActive at 1 (even though I kicked her out of the party a long time ago), SimeRomanceActive at 1 andLovetalk for Sime at 11. That seems low for this stage of the game. Can I get things restarted where I'm at, or do I need to go back to a saved game from chapter 3 (to get the romance going again)?

Also is the JaheiraRomanceActive at 1 causing a problem? I got suspicious when the Jaheira showed up in a dialog option instead of Sime in the Phaere seduction. I've enjoyed the mod immensely. Good work.
