Updated BMP<->PLT converter Options

I've made some changes to my bmp<->plt converter; it should give results that are more pleasing.

The converter now uses the palette choices used in the BG1 inventory BAMs, this should make it very simple to convert.

Although the yellow skin makes me think "legos"...

Hey, if you wore bright red leather and pink cloth, had jaundice and green hair, you'd look like this :-)
