My game is heavily modded, and I'm having difficulty finding the spell Ghoul Touch early in the game (just having completed the Nashkel mines). Thalantyr and the merchant at Ulgoth's Beard don't sell it. Any suggestions where I might find it, i.e., a loot drop or container somewhere?

Not easily... some mages in the Cloakwood Mines and Firewine Bridge have copies; the first store is Sorcerous Sundries, I think.
