In my opinion:
SpellNoDec is: Spell without requirement of knowing the spell and without decrementing the memorised count. The wait thing should be noted with ForceSpell. Not with SpellNoDec. IMO. And yeah, better to collect info on the iesdp board. And with less noise elsewhere. -------------------- See GemRB !
