Is there any way to upload an avatar? Am I just not seeing it? All I seem to be able to find is the gallery of pregenerated ones.

I am sure he will contact me (and the Council) if he has a new suggestion which we can discuss.
 By the way, suggestions are always good, because they help BWL to improve its forums. So I don't say that these discussions shouldn't be here. It's always good when something is discussed (with tact towards each other, of course).
