I can install TS and NeJ no problem with no mods installed...
Which one could be causing the installation failure of TS?

if i'm reading this error report correctly here

ERROR: internal label [50] appears 2 times in processed DLG [PPIRENI1]

it's failing cos there're two state [50]s in PPIREN1.DLG (irenicus' dialog sequence when you enter spellhold). so my guess would be that something you've installed before you installed TS had created a state [50] first, and so TS couldn't continue.

the easiest way to work out what is causing the problem would be looking at state [50] in PPIREN1.DLG and identifying where it came from. assuming it's a mod-installed state, then the solution may well be install that mod after TS v6.05.
