I can install TS and NeJ no problem with no mods installed...
Which one could be causing the installation failure of TS?

No offense taken Moongaze, and thank you for your understanding. With respect to so much compatibility, well, I'd like to add something here that TS + NeJ2 introduce 8 new NPCs, 2 old ones, significantly modify 4 existing NPCs, add 4 romances, two flirt packs, hundreds of banters and interjections, 40-50 new areas, also modify some areas, hundreds of scripts (new and modified), about half hundred new items, and about the same number of new spells (or even more including innate abilities of new and modified NPCs), 20-30 new stores including modified bonus merchants, add new animations and music, introduce new portraits of original NPCs... My override counts now 5067 files (only 38 of them come from original installation of SoA-ToB). So how can someone be sure that there will be no conflicts with other mods occasionally modifying the same or even related files and even if the installation is WeiDU? It's much easier to combine 30-40 small mods when each of them introduces rather small modification to the game such as a new NPC or a couple of new stores or even features than to combine two-three huge mods such as TS and NeJ2 together. Most of my time this year I've spent on solving these compatibility issues including WeiDUing TS instead of active modding, and actually I wonder why I still deal with compatibility with mods which I'll never install and play. The answer is simple I'm doing this for community but eventually I cannot substitute my modding with debugging various mods combinations. I think that's all for the moment, I'll pin this topic and won't comment anymore on this issue.

P.S. By the way my own installation include all David Geider's mods and his Ascension (WeiDU version). Also I tried Kelsey and Kiara-Zaya before and also found no problems. Also I remember that Imoen romance had minor compatibility issues which still might be fixed if someone clearly report them to Lord Mirablo. Eventually started by Horred and continued by hlid, seanas, KD and other folks at FWS the compatibility problems have been gradually solved so you really might be interested to look at their current work. TS-BP v6.04 allows you to try your huge multi-mod installation and if you're lucky you'd probably be able to play all those mods in one game.
