I can install TS and NeJ no problem with no mods installed...
Which one could be causing the installation failure of TS?

Wow, such an amount of mods. Do you really need all of them to play TS and NeJ2? Did you check what components have been already included in TS and NeJ2? Did you ask questions at the forum boards about compatibility issues?

I can point right now to mods which shouldn't be installed or are not compatible for sure (ERROR - E) or might have comptibility issues (WARNING - W). There are many mods which I've never heard about them and many of them which I have no idea what they change in the game but for me look a bit suspicious, hence I won't mark them at all and leave for your own testing. Several mods will just change some of my modified elements which are not critical but worthwhile to leave them intact such as portraits and BAMs for example, or for example I wouldn't install corrected scripts before knowing what are those scripts and what they correct. But of course it's my approach as a modder who sees the game from inside, but you may test it on your own, and I won't interfere here though but won't help also.

I would test the flirt pack and crossmod as well but it's up to you really. I know that Sola is not compatible with TS, and Kelsey works smoothly, but I have no idea about other NPCs. What I can say for sure that you'll encounter problems in your game.
