the mod looks great; however, every time I run it I get the same message:

FATAL ERROR: Failer<"Unable to find dialog.tlk">

Any suggestions. I am running it in my BGToTSc main folder.

actually I figured them both out. I thought a .zip was an .exe.... wacko.gif
