Considering the problems and bugs reported by users and the fact that the author is away and can't support and develop Cromwell's Smithy and Spell Workshop, these tools are no longer available and supported by Black Wyrm's Lair.

Until new versions of these tools are released, or BWL's recommendation changes, BlackWyrm's official recommendation for item and spell editing are DLTCEP and Near Infinity.
