Based on IA62 tra files of Chinese, very thanks to Chaser and all other translators.

All new or changed lines are based on differences between IA62 and IA64 English files, but left the names of components English, since UTF-8 coding will become messy codes in the command window of installation, if the players are using Windows with Chinese locale.

Still needs further refinements and fixes, like words describing usabilities which should be removed on EE engine.
