Installation Issue with STEAM Options

Getting this error: (Have tried Googling, Searching Forum, and readmes and not found anyone who has had a issue, aside from one person who did not get a reply.)

Solutions? Does this mod not work with the greater than 1.3 patch?

Not at the moment, unfortunately. Work on version v7 (which will be compatible with 2.x) is in progress. There are two choices: you can either install 1.3 (it's freely available on steam via beta participation in the BG's game options) or I can send you a v7 beta that is compatible (but it's a bit incompleted and may be buggy).
