In certain cases, the BWL Forum sends an email to its members. For example, this happens when:
- you are a newly registered user, waiting for the validation email to complete registration
- you forgot your password and asked the forum to reset it for you and send the generated password to your email address
If the email does not arrive within a few hours, and
- you are sure you have specified your email address correctly
- your email account accepts mail (e.g. your ISP or email provider isn't experiencing technical difficulties or slowdowns)
then it is possible that the email sent by the BWL forum
- ended up in your email account's Spam folder, check it!
- will not arrive at all, in this case, please read the instruction below.
If the email sent by the BWL Forum does not arrive to you at all, we offer manual help. Please send an email to us
from the address you specified for the BWL Forum (i.e. the address where you are still waiting for the forum's email). Your email's subject must start with: "
Forum email problem" or "
FEP". In your email, summarize your problem, including the necessary details (such as your forum username). Our email address:
